Presentation at National Disability Conference
Jason Newfield had the privilege of presenting at the annual American Conference Institute, Litigating Disability Insurance Claims, where he was an invited speaker to industry leaders. His topic was Advocating A CFS/FMS Case, Administrative Appeals and Litigation Issues, Case Summaries and Strategies. In this presentation, consideration of important strategy issues were addressed, both for bolstering the administrative record on ERISA appeals, and for success in the litigation posture where necessary.
